1045 | Frontal | Phase 2 - relationships and changes
Graham explains the method using part of the mind-map. We place the known relationships (links) in the mind-map and information about the links (their characteristics). We will then continue to include new information: possibly more actors, grouping of actors, more links and more characteristics of all the actors and links. Then we identify points where a choice can be made (action points) and how we could change the characteristics or actors or links |
